Electrolyte Watermelon Salad

Cut watermelon, jicama, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl. In a small mason jar, add the ingredients for the dressing (olive oil, fresh squeezed lime juice, raw honey, chili lime seasoning, real salt) and mix with an electric hand whisk or fork until well combined. Pour the dressing over the salad and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to soak up the flavor. The salad can be kept in the fridge and eaten over a couple of days, as the flavor will continue to improve.
