Sourdough Pizza Baguette with Protein Ranch

1. Slice the sourdough baguette lengthwise.
2. Spread garlic herb butter over the sliced baguette.
3. Top with a layer of organic pizza sauce.
4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, then add a layer of shredded mozzarella.
5. Top with nitrate free pepperoni.
6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, or use a low broil setting and watch carefully until the cheese melts (be careful not to burn).
7. While the baguette is cooking, mix together 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1-2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk) for your Protein Ranch. Set aside.
8. Remove the pizza baguette from the oven. Serve immediately with the Protein Ranch, and top with red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
